Can the Game Plan - Again!

It was a great evening for Ed Reed. Unfortunately, he plays for the Baltimore Ravens.
Reed set up a touchdown with an interception on the Redskins first possession and scored on a 22-yard fumble return on their second, as the Ravens manhandled the Redskins 24-10 Sunday night.
The Skins followed the pattern of the last few weeks - get behind early, can the game plan, abandon the run and refuse to throw deep. After a 6-2 start that gave Redskins faithful visions of sugarplums, the Skins (now 7-6) have dropped 4 of their last 5 and will now need help to back into the playoffs. (PLAYoffs???) Conversely, Baltimore won their 7th in 8 games to stand at 9-4, 1 game behind the Steelers.
Jason Campbell was 21 of 37 for 218 yards, with 1 touchdown and 2 picks. Clinton Portis gained a mere 32 yards on only 11 carries. Antwaan Randle El had 5 receptions for 47 yards and the Skins lone touchdown. Santanna Moss had 4 catches for 48 yards, and RB LaDell Betts caught 3 passes for 57 yards.
Redskins safety LaRon Landry (pictured) intercepted a third-quarter pass intended for Ravens wide receiver Derrick Mason. The turnover led to Washington's first points, a field goal that made the score 17-3.
The Skins travel north to Cincinnati to face the Bengals next Sunday at 1:00 pm.
